- Battle MetalGreymon. Learn Infinity Burn (if not, RESET and try again). NOTE: He'll officially join the city after you defeat Analogman. Get Def Chip.
- Feed that Def Chip to your MetalGreymon to reach Max Parameters! Congrats, you got a Medal!
- TIP: Once this hour is up your MetalGreymon will fade away! To extend his lifespan a little longer, feed him a Digiseabass now!!
- Then go up to the next screen above to confront Analogman and Machinedramon!
- Once defeated, watch the ending!
- Back at File City, you'll have a farewell.
- Save the game.
- After the end credits you will be brought back to the game's Main Screen.
- So load the game to return to Digimon World!
- Once you're back in File City, go to Jijimon's House and Save your Maxed Out MetalGreymon for battle! (TIP: my suggested Techset is Heat Laser + All-Range Beam + Megaton Punch - or if you learned Meltdown from those Vermilomon at Mt. Infinity, then switch Meltdown + All-Range Beam + Buster Dive -- alternatively, you may switch Buster Dive for Reverse Program, Pulse Laser or Megaton Punch).
- Jijimon will now tell you how many Digimon joined the City (+ 2 PP for Airdramon, + 2 for Devimon, + 3 for Megadramon and + 3 for MetalGreymon; so total PP now: 91).
- NOTE: You SHOULD still have a few Digiseabasses left (considering you did as suggested and fished about 7-9). If not, you should go fish some more as your MetalGreymon is going to fade away anytime now.
- NOTE: KEEP AN EYE ON THE CLOCK!! EVERY 2 HOURS, feed your Digimon one Digiseabass to keep him going.
- What you wanna do next is head back to Mt. Infinity's final room to encounter Digitamamon. Battle. RECRUIT (PP + 3, total: 94).
- Auto Pilot back.
- Quicksave.
- Now, you don't have to do this, but since you've come so far! Go find Machinedramon 2! Choose one possible location: Grey Lord's Mansion, Ice Sanctuary or Ogre Fortress. If you don't find Back Dimension there, RESET and try a different location until you do.
- Once Machinedramon is defeated, you get a Chain Melon from Jiji as a reward! (TIP: You may use it to extend your MetalGreymon's lifespan a little longer if you run out of Digiseabasses)
- Quicksave.
- And lastly, go visit Monochromon's Shop at Great Canyon and make over 3,000 Bits as his helper for him to join the City. RECRUIT (PP + 2, total: 96).
- Once that is done, let your MetalGreymon fade away - in order to be reborn as a Digitama!

NOTE: All you have left is Monzaemon and Nanimon. I suggest you make your next Digimon digivolve to a Numemon to do the Toy Town quest. RECRUIT Monzaemon (PP + 3, total: 99). After that, go find Nanimon at the remaining 4 locations (i.e. Toy Mansion, Ogre Fortress, the Sewers at Factorial Town and Leomon's Ancestors Cave). Finally, RECRUIT Nanimon (PP + 1, total: 100) and obtain the Xenotype Keychain!!
