- Drill Tunnel's west entrance should now be opened. RECRUIT Drimogemon (+ 2 PP, total: 31).
- Now, on to Gear Savanna (TIP: Basically, what we wanna do, is do a counter-clockwise course taking the east route to come across Leomon, then heading north to Trash Mountain to get the Old Rod and recruit Sukamon, then east to Patamon, Biyomon and Elecmon, and finally south to the Secret Item/Card Shop).
- So first of all, find Leomon (who saves Patamon). Then follow him to the Gym and talk to him about his ancestors.
- Now head over to Trash Mountain and find the Old Rod.
- Then talk to the Sukamon closest to the Hide In Trash (the BIG POOP) Training Station. He'll secretly join the City. You wont get a message for it and neither will Jijimon mention it, but still, it counts! So RECRUIT (+ 1 PP, total: 32).
- Head back to Gear Savanna. Find Patamon (one screen west from the toilet screen). Battle him three times. RECRUIT (+ 1 PP, total: 33).
- Then go one screen down and find Biyomon. Do an ambush with your Greymon. RECRUIT (+ 1 PP, total: 34).
- Next, go back one screen up and then one screen west to find Elecmon. Get shocked by him three times. RECRUIT (+ 1 PP, total: 35).
- Go south one screen and then one west to find Gear Savanna's Secret Item/Card Shop (TIP: If you have the Bits and there's a SUPER RARE - 5000 Bits - Card in sale, GET IT!).
- Auto Pilot back.
- Quicksave.
- You may wanna stock up on provisions (you will now have a wider Item variety as Biyomon and Patamon have upgraded the Item Shop).
- Use Birdra's Transport to fly back to Gear Savanna.
- And let's head over to Geko Swamp (NOTE: Do NOT fight Otamamon if you find him).
- Keep going north into Misty Trees and find Cherrymon (it'll take a while to reach him through the mist that shifts the screens - so if you waste any more than 2 hours, I suggest you RESET and try it again).
- Once you meet Cherrymon, hear his story to get the fog cleared.
- Next, find Gabumon. Battle. RECRUIT (+ 1 PP, total: 36).
- Then go back to Geko Swamp and find Otamamon (keep leaving and re-entering the screen until you find him). Defeat him to get entry to Volume Villa.
- Once there, ShogunGekomon will give you a DigiSeabass as rewards for finding Cherrymon through the mist without his aid! Save it for later.
- Now head over to Freezeland and battle Garurumon. Defeat him. Get HP Chip.
- Auto Pilot back
- Quicksave.
- Then take Whamon's ferry to Factorial Town.
- Go down into the Sewers and talk to Numemon.
- Head up and talk to the two Guardromon blocking the way to the factory (they'll say you need a permit to go in).
- So talk to Andromon. But he wont help you.
- Then go back to the two Guardromon and ask about shift change (we'll come back tomorrow at noon).
- Auto Pilot back.
- Quicksave.
- Greymon should be getting sleepy by now - but wait!
- Purchase as many Med. Recoveries as you can (BUT KEEP 2000 BITS!).
- Retrieve all your Digimushrooms from Item Bank and fly to Freezeland (NOTE: You should be carrying the Moldy Meat as well).
- Sleep and Save.
